WOMEN’S MINISTRIES:
Organizations give “things” and “supposed answers” when it’s actually the soul of a woman that needs comfort, love, encouragement laughter, and trust. Where… but to the church and a group of women who have similar circumstances with answers from the Bible … can one go for a “fix”?
Every Wednesday Morning from 10:00-12:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
This study is open to any woman who wishes to attend.

Helping Hands Ministry – Contact: Bonnie Tillery
Our church family maintains a food pantry for those who come to us in need. If you are interested in donating to this pantry, contact the church office for a list of needs.
Secret Sister
The ladies of CFBC develop close relationships as a result of this ministry. A bond is developed as they pray for one another. In the spring of the year, a banquet is held at which time the “Secret Sisters” are revealed.
Bereavement Dinners
Those experiencing the loss of a loved one have found this ministry to be a God-sent blessing. The luncheon or dinner is prepared for the family and friends of the deceased following the funeral. On occasion, when one has many family members traveling “home” to the funeral of a loved one meals are provided for the family as well.

“Wedding” ~ A new beginning and “Baby” ~ A new life ~ both are to be celebrated. This ministry is a great encouragement to prospective brides and mothers-to-be.
We Need Your Help for Our Baby Bottle Campaign
Dear Partner in Ministry,
You are receiving this letter because your church is a supporter of our Baby Bottle campaign. Things are very different this year and everyone is having to redesign how they do things. The same is also true of us!
This Baby Bottle campaign is our largest fundraiser of the year and not being able to run it in the traditional sense will have a great impact on our finances. Your continued partnering with us throughout this time is nothing less than an immense blessing in these uncertain times.
What we are doing now to ease the immediate needs of the home is to turn our campaign into an “online” baby bottle campaign. Instead of each one of your congregants taking home a bottle and filling it up, they will be able to easily and safely participate in filling up one large online baby bottle.
Here Is What We Are Asking You to Do
- Look for an email blast very soon that will include materials and more detail about our campaign and how we are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you do not receive the email, please call us at 440-209-9615.
- This email will have a link to a 90 second video that you can show.
- You can forward this email to your congregation as a partner in the fundraiser.
- Announce this Sunday in your sermons or through your social media that your church will still be participating in this essential community mission fundraiser.
- Please share any information on your website and social media platforms.
- Encourage your congregation to donate online through Father’s Day, June 21, 2020.
- Visit hannahshome.org and show one of our testimonial videos.
- If some members of your congregation are not able to donate online, they may still submit a check made out to “Hannah’s Home” and either mail it to us at PO BOX 1395, Mentor, OH 44060 or submit it to your church office and we will make arrangements to get them once the campaign is over.
Blessings,
Vicki Krnac, Executive Director
